Heat Exchanger Fluid?

Heh just wondering what everyone uses for Antifreeze when changing out there Heat Exchanger? Im guessing the same gold stuff Ford installed?

What ever was in from the factory. Early 03`s had the green stuff, and then the switched to the gold. 04`s had the gold stuff.

I use Prestone "All Makes" 50/50 mix & a botter of Red Line Water Wetter!!

Gold Motorcraft coolant here with a 40% mix of distilled water to coolant.
Summer time, distilled water and water wetter...

Water, Water Wetter and as little antifreeze as i can get away with, these icey south texas winters and all lol!
