High mileage terminator boot issues

So I bought a high mileage terminator (156k miles) that had a bent k member
I replaced the Kmember and finally took it out for a drive. I’m only seeing 5 psi on the autometer boost gauge
The car is modded with the following
Upper pulley either 2.76 or 2.80, metco 90mm auxiliary idler,
Stock lower, accufab throttle body and elbow. Long tube headers with x pipe and magnaflow exhaust
It has been tuned by a previous owner and I have the x cal with it.

I don’t hear the typical eaton blower wine, it’s running a Gates K080751HD And does show signs of some belt slip on the under side of the hood
I’m going to change the belt first but could the blower be ready for a rebuild? Has anyone had to rebuild a stock Eaton? Any help would be appreciated

Is this the first time driving this car ?

I have long tubes and don’t hear whine like before installing them

Check the line going to the boost gauge too. Mine had a kink that was causing a slow reaction.

The line is good, both stock and autometer read same, use different lines definitely feels like it’s only 5 psi

I’m uploading a pic of the tensioner. Looks like it’s damaged at the indicator area.

Did someone chew on it then put it back on the car? Looks like it slammed together some how. I'd add a new tensioner to the shopping list as well.

Update
Replaced the belt with the correct size and a new tensioner
Also checked the boost bypass valve with a hand held vacuum pump and it appears to be working
Still making 5 lbs so no change there

replace that before it explodes. go to summit racing & get this one if you can't / don't want to spend the big bucks on the other ones

make sure to take your old one.... put them side by side so you can shim the new ones height like every other 03-04 using it. good luck & good night lol
