Not too bad, and nope no filler...I just used my cutoff wheel and a flapper disk and ground them all off and smoothed it out.Those exhaust flanges are a lot work...that seems to be to your liking. Did you build the material between the fins before grinding them down? Unless I am seeing it wrong, based on the end result, it looks like you would have to. Nice work!!
