try rotating the shaft 90* and bolt it back up.

I didn't tighten the yoke bolt or change the pinion angle. I just installed the shaft and spacer. The spacer was a tight fit, I had to tap it in, that was the only issue.

Im sending it back and having them check it out before it screws something else up in the driveline.
