If you have a qualified tuner, they can calibrate the 168. The issue is NOT the throttle body its the tuner.
I have the 168 on my 2011, other than a rough tip in it drives fine. Once your above idle that tip in or surge is gone. Lund is tuning mine.
My 3.6 with twin blade ported 75 mm KB tb drives like stock minus those stupid brass gears binding when they get hot. That's not a tune issue...that's a material issue...Delrin gearing would make these TBs much better.
