Photoshop isn't really my thang, I suppose if I invested time in it and tried to figure it all out I could, but I'm too busy or too lazy at times to bother

Go here these guys have an awesome how to section of how to change color. Pics and walk throughs and everything ! Great site !

I do it a lil differant than these guys ! I usually cut the body out then just paste it on top of the first image. That way you have the original underneath and just the body to mess with the colors. (Also makes it easier because you can also use opacity with the original to help add some extra shading.) Then just goto image > adust color and hue. That way it'll just change the color of the body and not the rest of the image ! I then get real close and erase the stuff like the lights and stuff from the layer above the orig. So that the orig headlights and windshield are still the same with the rest of the image. My way is prolly 100 times longer and harder than most other ways. But it was a way I taught myself and have just been doing it ever since. Magic Wand is your best friend in photoshop also !
