Well based on the video and currently the only evidence i have to go by. That would be a fact that he was fleeing based on that. There is nothing in the evidence provided in that video thay shows he was active aggressor. Now the opinion comes from everyone involved in this thread having all these thoughts of what he was or was not thinking.
Pulling a knife in and of itself is an act of aggression. Period.
Is there something you are missing or do you have a question I could answer for you regarding this?
As I stated earlier, balled fists, squaring off, tensing up, verbal threats, etc are all acts of aggression which I can use as justification to ramp up use of force.
