We had pozole for dinner! Chicken enchiladas for breakfast in the morning and shrimp cocktail for lunch! Merry Christmas!

Last night we had stuffed clams, calamari, pasta and chicken at our nephew's. Today I think we're having an Italian dinner. At least that is what I overheard my wife say last night. I'm good. She's an outstanding cook!

Merry Christmas SVTP. We also had rib roast and cheesy hashbrowns, salad w/ homemade cinnamon french dressing, steamed veggies and ice cream cake for dessert. All cooked by my wife in our new home. 1st of many holidays here I hope. Today is ham or turkey and all the trimmings.
