who's tune were you running on the old motor?
I'd rather not say. It's not the tuner's fault and I don't want to give them any bad press. It was a mail order tune that wasn't my original tune. I just got a little careless. It had more timing in it than my original tune. That was pretty stupid of me. At first I just wanted to see if it would produce better 1/4 mile times and just ended up leaving the tune in for good. I think that's what killed the motor. Maybe if I would have stayed on my dyno tune this wouldn't have happened. Lesson learned.
