There were barely any vettes in the tx2k vids, I think I watched all the major ones doing pulls, all 3 days. Was watching to see how the calvo and nth moto vipers do.
Guy I know has a Calvo 1300. It’s cool but is it +60k Cool? I dunno. He used to have a Heffner gen 2 too. I want to buy his old Arrow ecu but Prefix is being retarded and not replying to their emails about a vin reflash.

I have to disagree with you on that the 5.0 car is the car made for boost and loves it . Na yea it does ok but the GM LT1 stomps a na mustang no problem the fastest s550 with cams and head work is still stuck in the high 9 @139 last time I looked . Same mods on the lt1 already been 9.4@144 hell the 6spd lt1 some been in the 9s @145 with cam and heads lol . Also be on the lookout for a certain blue 6th gen running 8s @ 150 plus here soon also na heads cam . And I’ll ask my buddy for some under hood pics of his headers .

RPM just did a bolt on LT1 before and after e85. +9 horsepower and <2 degrees of timing. 479 whp. To quote Fran: "Reality sucks, it is what it is." Start at 15 min.


I would be interested to hear what magic bottle the extra 300 horsepower is coming from that gets an NA LT1 into the low 10s.

I would be interested to hear what magic bottle the extra 300 horsepower is coming from that gets an NA LT1 into the low 10s.

It was 30% ethanol and he added less than two degrees of timing. 10whp from only 30% ethanol and 1.x added degrees of timing. More ethanol would easily result in another 10-12whp. There's nothing to debate on that. More alcohol content and more oxygen content would justify additional timing and more power.

Here's a H/C LT1 making 590whp with a combo that's not exactly 100% optimized.

That Camaro is sick. A bit over the top with the split colors, but nice nonetheless.

Dude should have skipped the terrible wing and got proper injectors. I never understand why guys skimp on shit like this.

Tuner: "OK, we got ported blower, headers and TB. Should we add a set of injectors so you don't blow up your motor?"

ZR1 owner "I am on a budget, let's keep them stock."

Low 10's I'd agree. But 10s sure. Stock C6 Z06's that make less and run only a hundred or two lbs less than an LT1 are 10's capable stock easy. For quick reference, I can pull up a ranger video. Granted he's a baby's breath from being a pro driver. But with a tire, shouldnt be hard for a decent driver to get into the 10's with that much power and traction.

Well he didnt keep them stock. They swapped them out as well as the plugs when they called the guy to let him know it would be more. They even said that in the video.
