They need to do something with the side of the thing. The door lines are so boring. Reminds of a new generation Nissan pathfinder.
Which is weird. Seems like Ford hates America, the explorer ST is $59,990 in our northern funny money which is 45k usd. Wont pretend I understand why. A redeye challenger is 120k cad. Go figureyeah ford will definitely charge a premium for this...just look at the explorer st with its pleather/tupperware interior going for nearly 60K...

I kinda like it a bit.
Have to wait and see what the final model looks like.
Hopefully this isn't a 50K+ SUV or it will probably fail
Rather have a Super Duty that will actually be capable of doing anything.Think $50,000 starting....

A work truck Super Duty(anything with options is WELL above that) or a $50,000 well equipped base model performance SUV? They aren't even in the same league? Apples to Tacos.
It would be better asking yourself - would you rather an Explorer ST w/ Performance Pack or a Mustang Mach-e? Id take the full fledged electric performance SUV versus the slightly warm Explorer.
You're correct. But in this case the apple is a one trick pony (no pun intended) that may be very fast, but is always going to be limited in what it can do by its battery pack. I doubt it can haul much cargo due to its GVWR and its tow rating will likely be limited due to strain on the electrical system. So, its probably a mall crawler that can surprise a few people out in Mexico on occasion.A work truck Super Duty(anything with options is WELL above that) or a $50,000 well equipped base model performance SUV? The orange on the other hand can haul, tow, be a very comfortable family vehicle and if it strikes the owner's fancy turned into a very quick vehicle too. Based on configuration of course.
