Just took out the belt to verify the belt length it was a 74". It wasn't hard to pull it of maybe i should put a 73.5" to make it tighter?

No question in my mind that this is install issue .... I'm still thinking its the Boost Actuator

Intake is stock with maybe a UPR piece through the fender....need better pic!

Looks like the vacuum lines are run the way that was shown earlier on from Metaman's posts, but should still be fine.
