I used to have those on my laser red and traded them for some saleens. It seems like unless you want to spend 3K you dont have much wheel choice for our body styles. But I would say that the saleens are probably my favorite over the FR500. My second choice for wheels would be the GT-R wheels (For GT replicas) I love the way those look, they are kinda like the FR500 in look.

Looks good. I like fr500's on our sn95's...saleens and 03/04 cobra wheels as well. It's true there aren't many wheel options available that look good...especially wheels that are light. The saleen replicas in chrome weight something like 30 pounds each in 18x9 sizes...boat anchors!

Spacer plus a slightly meatier tire like a 295 or a 305 and it'll be perfect. My old fr500s didn't look right until I tossed a small spacer on there.

I also started with FR500 and struggled with them. After a few months I finally went with instinct and got the chrome Saleens which are the best looking OEM/replica wheel out there for our body style IMHO.

Although I love the DD Anthracite 18" Bullitts, I don't like them on a Cobra. Maybe it's because the Bullitt was a factory "GT" style wheel from '01-04? I know it's silly, but a GT wheel on a Cobra... well, I'll stop there, lol.

I've always wanted to see someone rock a Weld-Craft modified 17x11 polished OEM 94-95 Cobra wheel with 315's and a stance on a 94-98 Cobra.

These are the wheels I am refering to:

+1

saleens are one of the best wheels for the sn95 bodystyle imo but i wouldn't get rid of these for them. they look good. Very big improvement

They look great man. I wanted to get some hypercoated FR500's on my Laser Red Cobra, but I just couldn't give up the BBS RK's :D
