They did that to a guy here 20 year or so ago. He owned a pig farm. Smelled terrible. People started buying land and building houses next to him. Then started complaining to the village. Hiring lawyers and the such. They drive him so crazy he committed suicide!
Thats what happens to all the race tracks in socal. How do you not know a race track will make noise? I'm surprised fire/police departments haven't been shut down for noise.
Then they complain about all the street racing after they get the track shut down. Then local businesses suffer from reduced tourist revenue.
People are idiots - they ruin everything.
Judging by the hair, bike, and film quality, Im guessing 80's. Which means lots of Aquanet. Aquanet is like gas in a can.
You can use that shit for starting fluid in a pinch.
