if it is private property and adequately marked as so, yes... the owner of said property can have any vehicle towed.

but if it's not adequately marked as private property and only contains the sign,"parking for american and canadian made vehicles only"... then i can park a camry or accord there.

You can't. You will be towed and will have no grounds to fight it. It is a parking lot under a building. It is private property. It doesn't have to have private property signs.

We used to have an Oscar at work that we got when it was relatively small. I taught him to jump up and bite my finger to get food. He would bite it and shake like a dog. As he got bigger he'd actually draw blood at times when he's bite me.
