Wheels are moving, plane is not. No lift is created by the wings because their is no airflow above/below the wings(besides any outside forces aka wind)

The wheels aren’t powering the damn plane. It’s going to push itself right off the end of that treadmill.

The plane moves because regardless of the treadmills speed it will move. The engines provide thrust. A plane would move with skis on a slick surface. Or water.

Wheels are for the support of the craft only. Thrust will force the object forward no matter what's underneath. The earth at the equator spins at a 1000 mph, and that has no affect in any direction of take off. Wind? That's a different story.
