Glenn, Still following this. Great job as always. I am still amazed by your work every time I see a new build.

PAUL!!!! What's up brother? Good to hear from you and appreciate your feedback as always. I have to keep stepping my game up because guys keep pushing my limits LOL.

I'm going to start building my 65 Mustang this summer. So, I will be taking a break from this hobby very soon. However, once my 65 is done I'll be back on the diecast.

ROFLMAO!!! Touché Bob! That was a good one LMAO!!! Okay, you got me back for my gym comment...…….
LOL. I like to appreciate exceptional skills/talents. Car detailing. Tuners. Model restorations/modifications.

Years ago I used to collect 1:24 diecast models. Had about 100 from Danbury Mint, Franklin Mint and Action-RCCA. I was active on two diecast forums and knew a couple of guys who modified/customized diecast models. They were really good at it. One used to create "barn" decayed models, complete with "rusted" exteriors, ragged interiors, etc. We were always amazed at his creations.

You might like to browse through this particular forum. I haven't been active on this one for well over 15 years. If you go there, spend some time on the PictureThis! page. I think you'll appreciate the work some of these guys have done, although personally I put you above most of them as far as creativity and modeling skills.

Here's a diorama on that site that someone built in 1:18 scale.

Thank you Bob! Once again you are too kind. I have seen some model builders do some pretty cool things. Guys paint the dash boards and put carpet in. Even my Dad has been doing this hobby for many years and has dome things like take a keg from a diorama and turn it into a gasser gas tank. He has taken parts of smaller models and used them as dome lights in larger models. He has taking wire or tubing and made spark plug wires or fuel lines. Pretty amazing what people with imaginations can do, but thank you for your kinds words. it's always appreciated my friend.

Okay all,

I busted my @$$ this weekend. I worked on these cars for 12 hours on Saturday and got a ton of work done. Unfortunately, it rained on Sunday so it was too cold and humid to paint. So, I did some buffing and detail work on Sunday. I was able to get a lot done.

First I was able to start on another build. This is going to be an OW Vert.

Then I got the MC car painted...………

Owner wants a "TERMINATOR" radiator cover. In order to do this I have to do some minor body work on the car. There are two areas that need to be filled with glazing putty to level out the area. Once that is done it can be painted over and there will be enough space to add the lettering.

Then I got the wheels painted.

In the third picture. Top row is for the CO Vert. Middle row is for the ZY coupe. Last row is for the OW Coupe.

(NOTE: Black sets of wheels (top and middle rows) still needs to be clear coated).

Then I got the interior painted. Owner of the CO vert wanted CO inserts as he is going to do that on his car to go along with the styling que of the 10th Anniversary. MC gets MC inserts and the OW Vert and coupe get dark inserts.

Damn, that was a lot of masking LOL...…...

Then I got the interiors assembled and called it a wrap for this past weekend.

I wasn't too sure about the CO seat inserts, but I actually think they look pretty cool. I like it.
