Looks amazing a lot of hard work there thank you so much can’t wait to see mine

Thank you Kdawgg11! Really appreciate you recognizing the amount of time and effort I put into these. 5 builds is more than I have ever done at one time before. However, every car has a build sheet, so I know what goes where and who wants what LOL.

You even do a build sheet. Now THAT is attention to detail, my friend.

LOL, thank you Bob! However, I have too. People ask for a lot of detail and I can't always remember which guy wants what. With 5 builds going on, things tend to run together. So, I need the build sheet to make sure I build the car to the customers specifications :D……….

I provide the build sheet to the customer for review so there are no misunderstandings and to ensure I understood what was asked for. Works well and cuts down on mistakes.

Just curious. Do you give the customer a copy of their build sheet to keep?

Truth be told Bob, it's just a list of options and agreements made through a PM. I call it a build sheet so customers understand what the list is for. Then I list everything on an Excel spreadsheet for me.

I do provide a certificate though. I have copies on my computer at work. I'll post an example here in the thread tomorrow.

Thank you Nikk! Really appreciate your feedback and perspective on my work. You're too kind my friend.

I have built my 65 once before, but blew the motor and ended up selling the drive train. So, it's time for some upgrades and to get the car back on the road.

Here is a link to my build thread if you want to check it out (I posted old pictures of the car (Before I messed it up). Once I start on it I'll post pictures of it in its current state).

Okay everyone.

I normally don't do this, but since I lost a paint day on Sunday I felt I needed to make up some time. Also, since the clocks went ahead an hour I felt like I had extra daylight to work with and yesterday was a beautiful day here for painting. So, when I got home from work I got everything set up and clear coated the MC and OW Coupes (Man, I love how clean OW looks after applying clear and how MC comes alive after applying clear. I really want one of each for my collection LOL).

Paint came out amazing. I just sprayed it and you can clearly see the reflection of my fingers in the door pics of each car. Glad I took the time to paint yesterday....

I also got the H/E stencil made and placed for the OW Coupe (Last Pic)………

This photo is meant to display the roof. That black line on the trunk is lint. You can see in the next picture it's not there.
