Old timer here, got mine back in Nov of '06 and have loved all 7k miles of it.

You Texas guys, lets think about a hill country get together this spring, like Marble Falls area? I'm also doing a Big Bend run in the spring or summer, if interested, PM me and I'll keep you posted on when, but it's a blast, usually wide open spaces to...a well...to do the speed limit.

Order October 9th 2007. Arrived December 27th 2007. Drove home January 3rd 2008, 2008 GT500 Vista Blue/ White Strips and HIDs. Tinted the windows two days ago and just hit 180miles on the way home. Now she sleeps till another sunny day. I still can't believe I own a Shelby!!!!

Four months shy of two years old for my Angel; - and I still cannot believe she sleeps in my garage! Definately a pleasure to have and a beast to drive. :rockon:

The Vista is an awesome color in the sunlight. :beer: Congrats.

Dealer called this Saturday am and within 2 hours it was delivered right into my building. Roads are nasty with snow and salt, so cant wait to take it out.

I purchased mine last night from Evergreen Ford in Issaquah. My progression of Mustangs is 2001 GT Vert, 2001 Cobra Vert, 2004 Cobra Vert and now onto my 2008 GT500. After selling my 04 I took a hiatus from Mustangs and delved into a Porsche 911 C4 and E55 AMG. The GT500 is a true beast and much more comfortable to drive than my past two SVT Cobras.

Picked up mine at Westway Ford in Arlington TX on 3-28-08, she was Vista Blue with white stripes. Got her loaded up and at msrp, fairly good driving car so far. She was an 08 model by the way.
