I went and checked out my covers last night and gave the go ahead to clear them. I was a little unsure on the flames but was assured they would pop and look 3dish once clear was applied. I went and picked them up today and couldnt be happier! I couldnt get any good lighting to really show off the flames but they look great in person. The gray seen on the covers is a process he does that makes it look like stainless. Anyway here are a few iphone pics. I try to get some better ones when i find my camera.

The engine cover looks good...subtle but noticeable.

Not sure about the look on the coil covers...why not just paint the lettering? Looks like they left them unfinished.

Who did the work, a local place?

Did mine in a clean white/blue scheme with just some spray paint from Home Depot and I'm loving it! It really cleans up the look of the engine bay. Just $8 and some time.
