Did a damn good job if I dont say so myself.

Used one of those "kits" where you brush the paint on (then high temp. White, and High Temp Clear)

The blue doesn't match "perfect" but its not supernoticeably different. I liked that I didn't have to take anything apart too.

YEAH, so even though the only spraying I did was the "cleaner" and the clear coat..... didn't wanna risk overspray

Masked everything off (using ATM bags from work to cover the car)
Then cleaned everything with brake cleaner and toothbrush.
Put 5 coats of paint on the calipers, let dry for 24 hours
Masked off the "COBRA" then used sand paper to sand it down.
Then Sprayed the High Temp White in a cup and used a small brush to put 3 coats on the letters
Waited a few hours, then sprayed 4 coats of clear.

Sure does sparkle :)

Pics dont do it justice, so...... whadda ya think?

I still personally think red would look better but it still looks nice... I like how you made the cobra letters stand out instead of painting over them.. When I did mine, I took a razorblade and scraped the red paint off of the cobra letters and then sanded them so they looked machined, then clear coated over the paint and the bare aluminum...

Very nice, I have red now and it looks good. But I'm thinking about painting the gold with red cobra lettering.

Looks Good

I think it looks good but you need to post some whole car side pics for everyone to see how well the scheme really looks

daytime pics:
(cars dirty, but wheels and calipers are clean)

Sadly though, last night my buddy and I were headed to wal-mart and he nailed a deer....
trucks not bad but..... he's only had it a month :bash:

wasn't speeding or acting dumb at all :??: Seriously no :bs:

got us a good size deer though
He will just need a bumper, headlights, grill, and fender + bumper support.

Good choice on the paint color ... has a nice glow to it. Red is getting pretty common.

I'm not really sure to be honest. I was replacing my front pads/rotors anyway so while I had em apart I decided to paint em.
