Paxton competition or Vortec JT competition

Hi guys i need to make a decision very soon. Which are the pros and cons of these 2 superchargers
I want to run mid 9's in a/t

both will get you to mid 9,if you like noisy blower go with vortec since it have straight cut gear ...as far as cfm capacity , they are about the same . Maybe Beef will chime in

basically the same kit, the vortech is a little louder, the Paxton has a nicer looking case to it.

Is the ID1000 package the same as the beefcake special. I really want to supercharge my car.

I want to pull the trigger so bad, but I'm not sure what all I need. Do you have any recommendations based on my mods in my sig?

you just need the basics, tuner kit, injectors, bap, and a tune will get you going.

I am also running $150 off on the "Beefcake Special" packages right now as well

Will I have a base tune to get me around and possibly to a dyno as soon as it is installed. Also, I am planning on getting the 302 intake and I have an Air Raid CAI. Will the vortect connect to my filter and heat shield? Does it even pay to go with the 302 intake. How much power will it add?

yes, you will have the tune before the kit, and we'll get you squared away quick on it.

we can tune on the street or dyno

as far as boss, you won't run any quicker on a stock bottom end car. save the $$
