I don't use my fogs at all and I always liked the look of the boss grill with the fog light covers so I thought of this. I think it looks great, easy to do, and a bottle of plasti dip cost me $6.
Yeah, kind of confused why you plastidipped the actual fog lights themselves? You could have easily come up with a cheap alternative to the block off plates...
that extra airflow doesn't do anything except add drag. just look at the previous GT500s, ~50% of the total area of their grill is blocked off...why not do the wire mess gutter guard so you will have better air flow? I do like the look though
I like my LED fogs at night. I wish they made a cover you could just take on and off. I've seen the tinted Velcro ones, don't like 'em.

because it has 662 supercharged HP! a stock(or even bolt on equipped) 5.0l does NOT need the same amount of cooling as a 662HP supercharged 5.8l. if it did, the grill would be more open from the factory. So explain why the 2013 GT500 darn near has no grille!?
I was the first to do the "Gutter/Plastidip screen" and it DOES do something....it opens up the flow of air to the airbox. Right behind the DS fog light is the airbox inlet. By removing the fog light and adding the screen allows a "Ram Air" sort of effect.
It only cost me $6 too (guess Plastidip was cheaper back then!?)
