This is the current state of the car, just a roller. I'm just pulling the harnesses out of the engine bay, so I can weld the Scott Rod Fab panels in, and get it painted. The parts are piling up, I'm just waiting on a couple of pieces to come in so I can get the clearances all checked and be one step closer to dropping everything in place!

Assembly time!

I had a couple snags that drug the process out a little longer than what I wanted but things happen! I'm happy with where everything's at right now, I just want to hear it run!

There was a good amount of time this weekend. The engine is finished up and I got to play with the cutting wheel and welder! After work, the car's heading to the paint shop to get the engine bay cleaned up.

This one is a UPR one, I used one in the past and was pretty happy with the fitment and outcome of it. So I got another one .

The one that I had on my other car worked out just fine, you really couldn't tell a difference from the factory one. You could definitely tell that it took some weight off of the car when launching it though!

Just a little bit of an update:

I've finally got most of my pieces lined out for the car. The engine, TKO, and little odds/ends are here. I'll be dropping the engine/trans in it early next week and then making sure all of my wiring is where I'm wanting it. The wire tuck process is underway as well

Thanks! I'm going to be starting the assembly process in a couple of days, I'm to that point to where it can be going back together! One of the cool pieces that I finally talked myself into buying came in...

The weekend was a little hectic but I got some things done. I got the engine set in the car without too much of a fight, the transmission was a little more of a job. Everything lined up good but it took a little bit of wrestling around to get everything in. The Stiffler's crossmember a perfect fit as well, great quality too!
