Is this because of long hours or because of being out of town all the time? Or both?
Congrats did you hire out for Selkirk or Erwin ? First apply for some runoff insurance could be a lifesaver one day . Don't let anybody rush you especially a train master or dispatcher. Its a great place to work and a lot of good benefits don't be afraid to ask questions once you start qualifying and just be careful and you'll be fine.
When you guys say good pay, what kind of money is it on average? Just curious.
$2,200-$2,500 bi-weekly at 80% pay.
