I have a couple of slips where I trapped a little higher than that. I have a 131.41 and a 131.84 that were legit. I have 3 slips that were over 135, but something was up with that track so I don't count them. Here is the breakdown on the first two.

60'-1.604, 330'-4.54, 1/8-6.94 @ 102.03, 1000'-9.001, 1/4-10.72 @ 131.41

60'-1.537, 330'-4.449, 1/8-6.834 @ 103.45, 1000'-8.87, 1/4-10.58 @ 131.84

These just didn't make the list.

Yeah, you've always MPH'd like a monster Larry and I remember you had those smokin MPH on that one day. I was just referring to those MPH's on the list. That 131.84 of yours may be the highest of all time. Were you SRA or IRS at that time?

There have only been a few Eaton 130's without nitrous........

I think that track where I had the real high mph(135+) has something up with that lane. I think the mph sensors are to close together or something. All the other numbers were right that day it seemed, but I don't count them. At that same track is where my unported eaton with the irs trapped 130. Everyone of those runs has come from the same lane at the same track. Everywhere else my numbers within a certain range. The 131.84 is the highest that I claim and that was on the SRA. It was actually the day night before I broke the record. I would have got it that night, but the track just wasn't hooking that well. The next weekend when I ran the 10.48, I had great air, but I had a nasty headwind. Hopefully I can get a day when all the conditions come together and really see what it'll do.

What about for a full weight 03? I'd have to imagine that I'm near the top for that.

I trapped 126.87 on 18" nitto road race tires, full weight minus spare tire & jack, plus FLSFCs. I weigh 200#'s and I had all my camera equipment in the back too lol. edit: the tune is an amazon racing tune for 93 octane. I don't know if its all that aggressive or not, I'm under the impression that it was relatively conservative from my conversations when I bought the car from Turkish

Regarding the list above... I had taken my car into the 130 mph 3 times prior to selling it. That was still with no port and no spray with an upper and lower. I believe the highest MPH I had ever ran with it was 130.34.

Is it full weight or not??? :)lol:) I have a few "lists", but never kept track of car weight, but I imagine there have been quitte a few folks in the 126-127 mph range with full weight.

And Allen, I believe I was actually with you when you eclipsed 130 one time. You coulda/woulda/shoulda shattered the MPH record................IF you hadn't of sold the FREAKIN car!!!!!:bash:

No doubt. What were you thinking Allen?:bash:

I've still got some more things to try. I think there is alot left in this little sled. I've still got that big ole pulley up top, factory manifold, cats and I want to try an electric water pump. I think I can go 20's at 133 or so in good air.

I'm in the minority Larry, but I really think that a good long tube setup can be significantly beneficial with an Eaton setup. My Terminator, and especially MPH, seemed to come alive after that mod.

I agree 100%. That is one of the things I still want to do. That along with offroad x or prochamber and an electric water pump. I still need to get back on the dyno and try my 2.93 upper. I'm still not making near the power as some of these guys. My car only made 483 last time on the dyno. Weaksauce. Lol.

I'd say with all of my camera junk, an extra passenger headlight and the full length subframe connectors it would be the same. I'm also running a catted midpipe and did that on 18's since you're counting every ounce lol I was on a 1/3 tank of gas though, so that throws my full weight out the window.
edit: although, my car is a 10th anniversary edition... so it has a thicker steering wheel than the regular cobras, thats gotta be good for 4 to 6 ounces. I'm not sure what the weight difference between the leather and the pseudo-suede seats are, or the shifter/ebrake material.

What is the exact number of "full weight" in your book, just out of interest?

Full weight is usually just considered the way it came from the factory. You know factory seats, irs, spare/jack etc. all still in the car. Mine at full weight with me in it weighed 3860. It's considerably less now. Lol.

full tank of gas too? lol.

if you run with just 5 gallons in the car, you'll save 60 #. Thats almost the same as the jack/spare isn't it? I'm just saying.... if some of you track addicts like to split hairs... split away:burnout:

Yep, that's it. And bone stock is just that: tires, plugs, CAI filter, exhaust, etc, etc. If you take something out of the car or modify something that results in a net weight loss, then that does not make it full weight. If you want to add in the "junk in the trunk" to the equation, go for it. Most of us just use race weight now anyway since bodyweight, gas in the tank, FLSFC, IRS braces, and steel flywheels tend to counterbalance all if not most of the weight we remove. My curb weight (no gas) is 3,660 and I take out 318 lbs for visits to the track and my race weight is 3,645, thus a net savings of only 15 lbs. The additions add up, believe me.

But I'm not the "full weight" or the "bone stock" police. Folks can post their takes on this as much as they want and believe what they want to believe. I like to compile and maintain certain drag racing "lists" for my information. VelociTT, if you would like to compile a bone stock Terminator 1/4 mile drag race list, I'd love it!

Oh, and a aftermarket catted midpipe is generally 22-23 lbs less than the factory setup. Sorry for splitting hairs, even though I really wouldn't consider myself a "track junkie". A Terminator junkie maybe......

I wasn't splitting hairs, you just asked a question and I answered it. I don't care what anyones car weighs. All I care about is track numbers. Et is where it's at to me and I don't care how it's achieved. Some guys like to claim full weight and that's fine by me. Me on the other hand, I prefer having the car as light as possible. It's easier on parts. There is more than one way to skin a cat. I don't have much power so I have to run light as possible.

I'm not sure I agree with this one....... But, IF you do have a power deficit, one certainly can't tell by your ETs or MPH!

Oh and Larry, NV2L8ULUZ was telling me the other day that it's lonely at the top......;-)

Let's just say I use all that I'm making. Lol.

He's the 9 sec. nitrous car correct? I just bought a nitrous kit from a guy this week. I just have to get it on and get it tuned. Then I guess we'll see if a 6speed car can compete with him. I don't know, his car is pretty impressive and I know the lower in the et range you get the harder it is. Let him know I'll be trying to pay him a visit up there.:D

BTW, I'd be willing to bet that my car makes less power than all of the 10 sec eatons. I'm just the lightest. There are several on the list, that if they were as light as mine would be on top of the list.
