Just spray paint "Farm Use" on the side of it.
I can tag it for $15 a year as a antique in the state of Ohio, what is bad is that the rubber tread pads only last about 4 months before having to be replaced and boy those are not cheap as just one cost about $700 and each side I think has 34 each side!!!

You can go all steel tracks (that is what is on it now) but you do not want to get caught having those on public roads as law enforcement would probably write a ticket that could approach $2500 for destroying public roads.

Be a lot cheaper to pay the fine.
