What's the story behind that video. With all those parked cars, this was obviously a closed course. Just wondering how they pulled it off since NY streets are always busy. Will be awesome to have an F1 event up here (only an hour drive for me).

most of it was filmed in NJ from what I can tell

the tunnel shot is from the Lincoln Tunnel which as three tubes, so closing on on a early weekend morning would work
