OK, I now have the Ford L Springs installed with the Michelin 275/295 Y105 Tire Combo and BMR adjustable panhard. I'm getting used to the feel of the springs which might actually feel less firm than stock to me. I have noticed a slight reduction in acceleration grip and on hard launches a little squat, so the can of worms has been opened and I'm shopping for relocation brackets. With the Ford springs being 1.25" lower in back my goal is to drop the LCA mount 1.25" also. I thought I'd just order the Ford 302s brackets and mount my LCA's in the first hole and that would be it, but apparently the stock LCA's wont fit correctly. The reason I want the Ford brackets is I only want to move the LCA's 1.25" and the Ford brackets are not as long as say the BMR's. I don't have any use for lowering the mount more than 1.25" so the extra length of the BMR is just extra hanging metal for me. Anyway, if I'm using the Ford bracket, what LCA's can I use if I'm utilizing the top hole? I have seen thread's where the Roush and Steeda Billet LCA's would scrape, which I would assume would mean just about any billet arm would. I can understand the Roush issue as they have more material around the mounting point and will also flex more with the rubber bushings, but the Steeda and BMR billets look about the same dimensions.
For reference here is a thread about the Steeda Billets scraping, and that's on the bottom hole, I'm wanting to use the top hole.
