My 24x28x10 I️ had built last winter. It’s already starting to feel small. It is the biggest structure I️ could build, in the neighborhood.
Awesome garage, nice work!

It’s a GT but, I️ built it the way I️ wanted. Regardless of what will be parked in there.

Nice GT! Loved that color on those and rims. Perfect combo.
And I love the new Camry's, the '18 models. Toyota makes some reliable cars, just got a '17 Corolla for a DD.

What lift are you thinking of, ceilings look low for it?I moved in 6 months ago and the garage was kind of a mess. We finished the drywall, painted, added cabinets, tv, led lights and swisstrax flooring. Hopefully install a lift next year.

Probably ARESCO since they are local to me. Shouldn’t be a problem from what I have read. The 2 car portion is 10 and a half feet and the 3rd car garage where the lift will go is just over 12 feet tall. What lift are you thinking of, ceilings look low for it?
That Mach 1 looks bad to the bone. Well done!Probably ARESCO since they are local to me. Shouldn’t be a problem from what I have read. The 2 car portion is 10 and a half feet and the 3rd car garage where the lift will go is just over 12 feet tall.
What's the average cost of let's say a decent size 2 or 3 car garage w/plenty of room for a lift & work space these days? Getting annoyed with looking for the right house w/the right garage so thinking maybe buy a nice one without then build my own garage if it's not cost prohibitive. I wouldn't be doing any of the labor myself.
That is one of the nicest garages I've seen. Spacious, clean, and well designed. I would LOVE it that was my own garage.I moved in 6 months ago and the garage was kind of a mess. I got a couple quotes on a much smaller garage & it ranged from about $50k to $100k here. **** the Northeast!I’ve looked quite extensively into knocking my 40x22 garage over and extending the slab back to build a 40x60 shop. It looks to me like $50,000 or so should get a pole barn/sheetmetal building up, under roof, insulated and wired. Obviously you can save a lot of money by doing the work yourself but that’s a ton of work. YMMV but that’s just what I’ve found in my research.
