That's one of the wierd things, my knees and left hand slip along the concrete but I got no "rash" at all. My cammies did get the slightest amount of rash but not much. I could feel the burning you usually feel but when I looked there was nothing there, not even the dry ashy looking scrape you get when you do it a little.
