Why wouldn't it already be corrected?

Usually a tune or a handheld tuner can correct it. My SCT X4 has an option to set gear ratio.

Like the others have mentioned Sct, or Forscan
You need to ask a lot of questions, and if you drive it, drive it ****in hard and make sure the gears do not whine.
Ask who did the gear install
