When I upgraded to 20" wheels I went with Michelin Pilot Sports and love them. Be prepared though, they are expensive!

I dont have a GT500 yet but a buddy has a 2007 with the stock Goodyears front and the new Nitto NT05R Drag Radials rear 285/40/18's. The stick great on the street and good and the strip runnin 30 psi

I did the Toyo T1R's/No complaints
275/35 & 305/30/20

im running the nitto 555R in the Rear 305/35 R18 an running the stock Good Years F1's in the front 285/40 R18.

The T1R's are a good replacement, I would do the 275/40/18 front and a 285/40/18 rear.
