What's the plan Posi? Is it going to be an average of all of the cars combined in each class Such as Gt500's 10.15 average ET, or is it going to be an individual average per car, per class?

What are the rules going to be and how is the class going to be set up?

Also I really don't want to drive nine hours and find out I need a cage in my car to race. I'm not going to cut up my new car.

How about make it fair and have a auto and stick class???

All the GT500 auto guys have gutted cars that are 400-600lbs lighter than the street cars.

to hard to do that with diff trans. a good shifted stick car will be just as fast as the auto, just very few people are perfect overtime.

that is totally up to you. there is tech, and there are many people that have run at BG in similar shoes to yours and been fine. No one can guarantee anything though

Im still going to go and race. I will just keep my fingers crossed I don't get kicked out. Should be a bit faster by this race but for such minor mods i dont see them giving me to much trouble. Will prob run full weight so it will look and be 90% stock.

I predict that there will be a lot of whining at this race, Blower whining that is. LOL And I've ran at True street Beechbend several years now, and I"ve never seen anyone get kicked out for lack of a cage. I wouldn't tell them at tech I was planning on running mid 10's though. I usually tell them I'm hoping to run 12's if they ask me how fast my car is.

What will happen if the bracket becomes uneven? Lets say the bracket shows 2 gt500 are supposed to race each other? I just don't see it being gt500 vs cobra every round.

Will have to look as it gets closer but in some of the classes I've run like this ( x vs y) it's just basically everyone for themselves to find a victor. Yea sure I would hate to race Posi and bump him or vice versa. You can't make everyone happy but what I see happening is once first round is done a ladder will be setup and as many will be matched up as possible. The last 2,3,4 cars in the ladder might very well be the same car and will have to fight eachother to stay in it. It's going to be a blast regardless so who cares!!
