A well spun ported stock blower will put you well into mid 900s. I would bet that Kong has gotten >1k with his magic dremel skills. The stock blower is an amazing unit.

Regardless if Whipple or VMP you will need to think about clutch packs at the power levels you are talking about. Not to mention a big tire. A small tire 900whp set up will outrun a small tire 1100whp in most instances.

I am sure that you are well aware but just flagging the wormhole you will go down once you get into massive power.

Quick Google search find while flying down the highway.

Past 1000, just turbo it and laugh in DCT while you blow by everyone trying to keep pace.

Agree the stock 2650 pack is bad ass shit... and for ease of install I'd want to stay blower also I suppose.

But if my goal was 1100+, it's gotta be turbos. But that's just me!

I have a turbo build in my mind for down the road but its not an S550 GT500. feels unnatural to me.

Car is done! Heading down to grab it and get the scoop but here’s the numbers.

I’m thinking belt slip and octane fighting boost/timing are an issue with the 2.6 upper (not to mention stupid southern florida heat and humidity.)

(Still have the stock tensioner with the stock belt and the SPE adjustable idler pulley.)

Gonna enjoy this for awhile and then May do an E85 tune in the fall.

Seems kinda low?
That Dip screams belt slip to me. when I get it home Im gonna swap out the stock tensioner for the Whipple and the other belt. It was also over 100oF down there. But the numbers are what the numbers are. I'm satisfied with that in these conditions.

Kens car snagged 886RWHP with a 2.9, Ported Blower, Kooks Long Tubes And No Lid upgrade.

FF to 5:30

Mine is NOT ported, STOCK headers, has a 2.6 upper and a VMP APEX lid.

I could see a blower port, and Headers easily adding up to 100RWHP.

Yeah, I agree with the belt slip. Hopefully the tensioner will fix that!

Congrats on the move!

This is the fun stuff.

Seeing where your combo ends up and then tweaking it to get things dialed in.

I'm a little torn on doing headers. I hadn't planned on doing them till after the Blower Swap... But I do think it'll help her breath much better.

Im gonna enjoy it for now, get some track runs in eventually and then get something planned up for future mods.

Strong! e85 alone will give another 50hp easy.
