Id get a decent reliable daily before selling the cobra for another toy.

+1

I sold my first Cobra and regretted it. Got married and told her I will buy another Cobra. She supported me. Found my favorite combination, 03 SB Vert. I bought it for $25k and could probably resell it for that much or even more.

I think 03-04 Cobras are appreciating in value for those that keep and drive them for a few miles each year. If you DD yours, it's a different story. I have my Explorer for DDing. Cobra for nice days on the weekend and car shows.

the cobra will rise in value over time. The caddy is nice but eventually will be worthless like all other cars.....

To put this in a power perspective, I raced my buddies CTS-V against my old Cobra. My Cobra had full exhaust, and ported blower (made 502/502), his V is a 2013 Auto bone stock. We went from 40-140 and were dead balls.

Interesting to know. There's a guy local to me with a pullied\ported and tuned V that wants to race me. Sounds like I would be in trouble. One thing though - I bet you could have each taken the same 10 people for rides that didn't know your cars and all 10 would say your car was faster.

I had two ctsv's first one was silver 2009 second was a 2011, the second one had recaro seats and all the little things one can imagine, great cars I personally wouldn't trade the cobra up for it, but to be honest they are reliable good cars to drive , bad milage and pain to do spark plugs on, expensive to mod.
