The kid that parked on the shoulder about a minute earlier was very fortunate he had enough time to get out of his car to walk to the other car. That was one scary sequence to watch. I can only imagine how much more scary it was to actually have been there, hearing the truck braking and seeing it heading right at everyone standing there. Wow!

As scary as it was, I would be breathing a sigh of relief after that if I was the owner of the car in the ditch. Not only because I made it out ok but any and all damages from the ditch would be covered by that trucking company!

Almost like rear ending someone and immediately afterwords someone rear ending my vehicle.
