Tiger Racing Hood: Paint Scheme

Hey guys... TR hood on the way!! Now the tough choice, paint. The base color will always be black and the accent grey to match the stripe. Here are a few options:
1)

Accent all the way back.

2)

Accent only depth of vent.

3)

Paint original Boss LS hood stripe on.

4)

Paint whole vent area with pinstripe around. (Not the portion going to the fender.

5)

No accent.

Here is the car as it sits now:

Your grille has the stripe, so unless you are going to change that you're boxed into your decision.
I prefer the no stripe or #2 vents only

Stripe can easily be removed. It is vinyl on the boss

+1. I don't understand #4 with or without the side stripes. The transition from body-painted front hood to the different color area in between the vents is awkward

I went with four, but its a tough call without seeing it on our car in your color.

Correct. I am leaning toward 4. The accent will be the same as the side stripe, mirror covers, and rear wing end plates.

Ordered aerocatch hood pins today.

The good thing is the hood has already been made and I don't have the 4-6 week wait.

I have one of those hoods coming also for my silver 2012 5.0.. i'm leaving it in white gel coat for a while then going straight body color. IMO No reason to accent those vents.. they are not cosmetic and not made of a different material... I voted number 5.
