I like mine 85% crispy. I can't stand when there is a huge crunch on my bacon all the way through. Like a good pizza, hold it up and just the tip will droop. Medium crunch and a little chew at the fatty end. This is the way.I'm the most pickiest eating fat dude you will ever meet, what I dont eat is a entire post in itself lol. But as far as bacon...this shit better be crispy or I'm not eating it! Floppy bacon should be illegal.....now chicken, used to eat it as a kid drenched in bbq sauce or ketchup but idk its a texture thing maybe. I do cook it and often get request from friends and the wife to cook chicken. My little sister told me my fried chicken was better than my moms.

I dont mind a good NY style pizza and its usually all I can get here in my area...but im from Chicago so I also love a REAL Chicago style casserole.

Make sure to do the egg yolk dipping sauce! There is a video in this thread on how to do it.Our local store just got in a couple boxes of ribeyes, Japanese grade A5 in a 2 steaks per package. It’s $100lb. Guess I am trying it if they still have it today
