That sucks bro. I know the pain all too well.
I didn't have to do mine today because it was pouring out. I did clean the stairs off though. Tomorrow morning should be ice capades again. lol

In Minnesota? Indoor pool and treadmill or did you go polar bear :D

Ha! Treadmill. I would go outside but icy sidewalks in the dark are not my favorite. Cant wait until spring, darkness is getting to me. Has been single digits or <0 for most of the winter.

Yeah that would not be too much fun. I can't run in the cold, well I can, but sinuses explode for the next week. Thankfully it doesn't dip below freezing too often here. I used to do triathlons, but honestly hated the ****ing swim segment, legs always felt like tapioca getting out the water.

I am racing Kona this year and doing most of my training indoors. It is super tough to acclimate to the heat for this northerner. 85 degrees is hot here.

Yesterday did a 50 minute walk and 10 minute stationary bike ride. Laid off the Advil/Aleve last Friday to see how my ribs were doing. Painkillers mask the pain so you can't always tell how well you are healing. They are still sore but much better. Enough so that I am laying off the painkillers.
