At the gyms I go to there are so many strippers/hookers/porn stars/milfers/cougars/mafiosowannabes that I get what you're saying. People are such dicks these days. I like my little home gym I have set up. Plus I don't have to drive with all the psychos on these Vegas roads I have to deal with. I have a combination chin-up/dip/pushup bar in my garage I use that I paid a 100 bucks for.
Yeah bro. So, you know what I'm saying. People suck these days. And it gets worse day by day.
I'm not trying to sound like some big tough guy, but I will not put up or submit to such disrespect or "stupidness". lol

No gym, mowed yard instead...lower height than usual, and grass was a little damp. So i did some farmer’s walk with my 24 heavyish bags of grass.

Going to the gym an hour after lunch to do some cardio on the treadmill for about 30-40 minutes.

Back in the 80s and 90s when I was deadlifting and powercleaning and everyone said it did more harm than good and I was killing myself I ignored them like I am very adept at doing and did deadlifts on leg day. One of the greatest workouts I used to do back then was two sets of squats to absolute failure(15-20 reps), two sets of powercleans to failure(8-10 reps) and then two sets of deadlifts to failure(4-6 reps). It would leave me wasted and pumped for like 3 days. Ah, the old days....

Today: 45 minute lap swim.

Ahnold used to squat until he puked. Once he upchucked he knew his day was done.
