Garage Grind: Mixed it up a bit and did all body weight exercises. All rounds are three minutes. no more than a minute between rounds, sets and exercises. Temps are rising so I need to get the garage routines done in the AM.

4 rounds shadowboxing
1 round rope skip
4 rounds heavy bag
100 jumping jacks
90 second rope skip
3 sets of dips
3 sets of pushups
1 round of shadowboxing
1 set of burpees
5 sets of crunches
4 minute stretch
Total elapsed time: 60 minutes

Lol. Just lol if you’re not doin T-bar rows close for back.
And @tones_RS3 you gotta do some kind of pull down variation. Michelle is right. Depending on your body weight I don’t recommend pull ups unassisted.
LOL
A big issue is, I workout at home. I used to workout at the gym, but the schmuks there don't have any gym ettiqiute, so I just workout at home with what I can.
Me and a dude had words one time and then weeks later, a newbie decided that he wanted to workout right on top of me, so when I finished my dumbbell chest incline set, I took the 50's and slammed them onto the rack staring at him through the mirror. I was a little heated. That was the last straw for me. Now, I just go to do cardio and stare all the hotties. lol I'm either gonna get booted from the gym or kick someone's ass/get my ass beat. lol
But when I did go to workout at the gym, I used to use all the awesome Hammer Strength machines for back. Great machines.

You can just get a pull-up bar for your home.

Brunita got my name wrong again. But when you are from Massachewshits and went to Bahstan Cahlege you get a pass for your low IQ.

At the gyms I go to there are so many strippers/hookers/porn stars/milfers/cougars/mafiosowannabes that I get what you're saying. People are such dicks these days. I like my little home gym I have set up. Plus I don't have to drive with all the psychos on these Vegas roads I have to deal with. I have a combination chin-up/dip/pushup bar in my garage I use that I paid a 100 bucks for.

Back in the day I was a pull-up/chinning fiend. But now my 54 year old elbows just won't cooperate with them very well. Tendonitis. I might just say F it and do them anyway.
Use a pull-up assist machine or stick with different variations of the pull down. I don’t know if you’re a big guy but pull-ups are too harsh for heavy people. I never do them.

Not especially big. 5' 11' 175 pounds. Born middleweight. I just always had better results from chins than I did pull downs. But as much trouble as I have dealing with the fact I'm not 20 years old anymore i might have to grudgingly adjust.

I feel like using a bar that either has the ends angled down a little or some variation than just straight grip helps a lot as far as the joints go.

I pulled/tore a bicep overdoing pull ups, Jesus that was an uncomfortable month or so. Nothing touched that pain, literally pounded vodka to go to sleep.
