420+ pounds of Wagyu we picked up today. It's going to be a tough choice. I'm leaning towards the NY strip. Brisket looks fantastic! Around 120lbs of hamburger.

I have a very good customer that raises the Waygu, grass feed and finished. I worked a deal on the 1400+ lb steer. Then I have another customer who owns the largest processing facility in the region. They aged it 21 days. I split the cost with a guy I work with 50/50.

About to dig in!

Beer, barley and corn on an Angus, yes. These are raised for the natural finish designed by nature.

The wife is a co-op raised hippie child, that knows food. We had burgers tonight. This is some good stuff. I already want to do another.

Why would he waste such a good animal on grass? Beer, Barley, and Corn is where it's at! That's a big steak for Wagyu, I bet it fills you all the way up. I can only eat small portions.

Got a sausage link, brisket, baby backs, and a “giant” beef rib (no shit, it should be called a brontosaurus rib) from Blacks BBQ after taking the Raptor to RaptoberX (off road event). Drinking some beer to get my back to chill out from a rough landing, then it’s bbq time.

Unfortunately my GoPro mount was missing a nut, so the footage from that is all ****ed. The footage from my phone is all sorts of janky. Anytime there is a slight shake (from the truck) the phone tries to adjust its focus between the windshield and outside. It is nauseating to watch.
