Whats with the prices of gt500's??

I just bought my mystic chrome cobra for 32k with 1,600 miles on it. The car is well worth the money and I would have paid even more for it, if needed. I don't under stand how 55K GT500's 3 years later with 10k miles on them are going for the same price as terminators! Maybe someone could fill me in??

The terminator will always be around 18-25k. It's a legendary car and peoople who know about cars know the terminator.

I think it's because they made too many of them and there is a ton of inventory available which drives down the prices. People keep dumping them to upgrade to the newer GT500.

Even though they made over 13,000 Terminators it was only a 2 year run and they have always been sought after which has kept their values high. It's all about supply and demand.

Hey Chris,

Glad to see you finally made it here at SVT. That was my car that Chris bought with 1600 miles on her and well worth it. The car never saw a day of water in its life and you could basically eat off of any part of the car. I wanted 33K for the car but settled with Chris at 32K. Cars on line is where it was sold. Now on to the next ride. Enjoy the ride Chris you will have fun with that Mystic.

I was just shocked at the low prices they were going for is all. With a name like shelby attached to it I thought the value might have held a little better.
