Wheel and tire setups/pictures?

Wondering what wheel/tire combinations you're running/have run on your 03/04?

I'm going to be buying a black coupe and I'm debating on if I should put the basically brand new gloss black 17x9 17x10.5 FR500's that came off my red 95 on it. 255/40's in the front and 315/35 in the rear. Not sure if I want to go all black for one, and number 2 I feel like 18's look mean as hell on the Terminator cars. I also usually prefer an all black wheel on a lighter or brighter colored car as opposed to black, but not always.

Any pictures you'd like to share would be great if you know the details on the wheels/tires.

Don’t have any pics but I’d say 18 chrome reps would look amazing in black. I had an 01 Cobra before my terminator black, gloss black 03-04 wheels. Basically murdered out besides the tails. This was back in 2011. You didn’t see black wheels as much then. You see them a lot now jmho.

Agreed. You can't go wrong with chrome or black wheels on a black Cobra. I went with 18" black chrome wheels on my black Cobra. Best of both worlds imo and depending on the light you never know what look you're gonna get.

Yeah I like a darker wheel, but I'm just not sure I want to go all black.
I was thinking maybe a gunmetal 18" Saleen wheel or something in black chrome also. I think the Terminators look good with or without a deep dish rear wheel.

If you want a more busy type wheel but don’t want to drop the cash for CCW’s or BBS’s you can get XXR 531’s; I use them as my “driver wheels” because they are cheap. If I jack one up it’s a couple hundred for a new one. My end goal wheels I’ve never seen on a cobra before. And for good reason they are 2k a wheel but with weight less than welds rts wheels and a full size 18 it’s what you get.

Track wheels BS street lites, black and polished. 15x10 & 15x4.5, m/t slicks and front runners.

Street wheels BS street lites, full polished. 17x11 17x8, nitto 255’s and m&h 325’s 28”tall.

And just for your amusement, here’s the wheels it came with. Afs 18’s coated white and Wrapped in r888 trash tires.

i have always been more of a fan of an old school drag look: smaller wheel diameters and bigger tire sidewalls. not good for handling, but i have always liked it.

wheels really make (or break) the look of ANY car.

this has long been my favorite wheel/stance pic for a terminator. pretty sure it is the 275/60/15 in rear, but i also think it might be a 15" in front as well - can't really tell - any thoughts? would love to know exactly how the owner has it set up.

I've had these ccw's since 2010 now and on two different terminators. I like the polsihed bare aluminum because it mirrors all the suspension and brake parts
