When running a Stiegemeier Ported Supercharger with a SCT Big Air MAF- It is an Absolute Must that you datalog and record load and ignition timing at all RPM's -If timing is not reaching your desired setting contact your Tuner.

Tuner:
13#boost-23 Degrees timing-93 Octane
15#boost-22 Degrees timing-93 Octane
17#boost-21 Degrees timing-93 Octane
Plug Gap for:
13# boost .038
15# boost .037
17# boost .036

On a side note: If your Running 15+ #s of Boost with 23+ Degrees of timing take 1 degree of timing out of # 7 Cylinder and 2 degrees out of cylinder #8 thru the global timing table.

If you are exiting water thru the rear of the driver side head the 1- 2 degree retard is not necessary.

Great information Bob.

Remember guys...like all other mods...you need to tune to that manufacturer's recomendations for that particular mod or you will not receive the benefit from their product.

Why not just run the cooling mod vetkilr then you dont have to worry about different timing going to different cylinders?.............Lyle

Bob,

Was Herman aware of this at the end of March when he sent me the Xcalibrator tunes for my Stage III and SCT MAF set-up. I would ask him, but he is away this week. I finally have an appointment to datalog with Herman next week (a three hour drive), but now I am not sure if I should drive it down!

Is this just for ported blowers AND the SCT big air MAF? Or for all ported blowers with or without the SCT MAF?

Good info Bob. Just curious. Do you post this on your website so that it is readily available? I'm too lazy to check today. LOL!

There are a LOT of motors who have hurt 7 and 8. Well, that's not right...a lot of the damaged motors were 7 and 8.

Does this apply to the MAFia as well?

These tuning tables are for Modified SVT Cobra's pushing 500+ HP with a Stiegemeier Ported Supercharger.

I made changes to Our first post.
(communication/typing error)

We have been Extremely busy trying to stay with 1-3 day turnaround time.

Sorry for the delay.
