I am looking for the same thing man. I want that 600 also but don't want to screw myself over at the same time. Would it be better to run 17psi with more timing or 19 psi with less timing?

the less boost your motor sees the better... i vote 17 as long as you dont get crazy with the timing

I have my brand new Gen II going on with a 2.75 RR pulley...whether or not i use it remains to be seen now that i know it will make 21psi.... think a 3.0 will be put on 19psi is where i would like to be.

Agree with Whipple's chart is for the Gen I blower. I have a gen I and Gen 2 car, here are boost levels with a few different pulleys:
GEN 1: 3.5: 12.5 psi, 3.25: 14 psi
GEN 2: 3.5: 13 psi, 3.0: 17-19 psi depending on ambient temps
Both my cars are tuned for 91, so make lower numbers than some, but I make 540 rwhp with 3.5 pulley on the Gen 2 through a single blade TB.

Have fun, they are awesome with a twin screw!
