I would have definately questioned both guys. But I have to admit, I would have given the white guy the benifit of the doubt and watched him for a minute or two before saying anything...
Not sure why anyone would be surprised at the results. Been that way and not changing anytime soon, if ever.
when the old lady saw the white guy "stealing" the bike...she went to go get help yet she has what appears to be a cell phone attached to her hip. just an observation.

I bet if you did that experiment in just about any country you would get similar results. Feel free at any time to explain the % to overall population vs. the % incarcerated...maybe whites get away with more...or blacks commit more, who ya got?
Things like this never have actual statistics accompanied with it. I guess everyone is wrong about what we have "ingrained" and we should be ashamed of ourselves.

If he didnt have his hat to the side like that I wouldnt think anything of the black guy messing with the bike.
