With Roth they were a great party band.
With SH the music was much better and more technical.

The musician side of me= I'll take Sammy any day of the week.
The get drunk at the concert= DLR (Only in the old days)

I've been to several shows but since DLR is back and MA is gone I refuse to go.

I saw the show in Atlanta last April and Roth has a great stage presence. That said - they didn't do any encores and the show felt a bit to mechanical. They ran through the hits and it's like they couldn't wait to get off stage. Hagar, while a better vocalist, was never my favorite as a front man:shrug:

Seen them both several times with VH, I think both were great and rocked. Each has some highs and lows... Saw Sammy at his place in Cabo few years back, unbelivevble New Years show. Cabo Wabo tequila was flowing like water :beer:
