There are loopholes to the redlight tickets that you get in the mail. If there is no federal officer that actually delivers it to you, or anyone in that case, you do not have to pay. There is no proof that the ticket ever came to you. Alberta used this system up here in Canada, and they ran into this problem, so they abandoned it. Why do you think when you get "Served" to go to court they have an officer deliver it to you.....

I was going to contest a red light ticket once. Until i looked at it closely. Had alot of data on the outside edge of the photo. Like speed in intersection. 75mph.

I just paid the 75 bucks.

my dealer screwed up and wrote my temporary tag for september 23,2003 so if i plan on driving thorugh a high camera area I just switch to the temp tag.
